To provide more accurate assessments and effective treatment, our appointments are now categorized based on the number of health concerns addressed during a visit.

Single Health Concern appointments are designed for patients seeking care for one primary condition or concern.

Two Health Concerns appointments allow sufficient time to properly assess and treat two separate conditions or concerns within the same visit.
This structure helps ensure that each concern receives the appropriate time, attention, and quality of care.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
In consideration of other clients and your therapist, please allow at least 24 HOURS NOTICE to change or cancel appointments. You will be CHARGED A FEE for late cancellations or missed appointments.
BC MSP Premium Assistance
If you are qualify for coverage, MSP contributes $23 per visit for a combined annual limit of 10 visits
