" I want to be a practitioner treating not only pain in the body, but also pain in the mind"
About Me
It is written that there are three kinds of practitioners in an old Traditional Chinese Medicine book.
First of all, a practitioner treating diseases of patient by understanding the mind of patients,
Secondly, a practitioner treating diseases of patient by controlling the food of patients,
Thirdly, a practitioner treating diseases of patient by prescribing the herbal medicine to patients.
When I read above-mentioned, I believed that it would take so long time to be a practitioner treating diseases of patient by understanding the mind of patients.
However, while I treat patients, I thought that a practitioner who is willing to listen to the patient’s worry and anxiety is the one treating diseases of patient by understanding the mind of patients.
I say to myself today as well that I want to be a practitioner treating not only pain in the body, but also pain in the mind.
